Fully support the PU leader (or Plant Manager) in line leader management (people management) and efficiency management (project-based), and can act as an active Production Manager when needed.
Serve as the PU Leader's right hand to fully support the management of the line leader team, coaching them to become effective line leaders.
Be prepared to act as a production PU leader when the primary Production PU Leader is not in the company.
Fully support all line leaders to ensure their needs are met.
Assist line leaders in effectively communicating with Logistics, PQE, and PIE, ensuring line leaders can focus on line management, and improving efficiency and quality.
Support the Production PU leader in daily line leader management (e.g., daily meetings, SOP/CTQ checks).
Collaborate with PQE and PIE to communicate effectively with external departments, including PD, QA, MC, etc.
Fully support the Production PU leader in production efficiency improvements (labor efficiency, material delivery, material consumption/cost improvement) to achieve cost reduction.
Understand PU reports for each indicator, identify problems, and implement targeted improvement actions.
Coordinate and resolve unexpected and other urgent cases.
Manage the training and management of new workers.

Yêu cầu công việc

More than five years of work experience in manufacturing, preferably in the furniture industry.
More than two years of experience in workshop management.
Strong willingness and a good attitude to fully support the Production BU Leader in reaching the BU's targets.
Must be very familiar with the PU's processes, including production and workflow processes.
Must be familiar with the PU's KPIs, with a clear understanding of targets and developing trends. Should have the ability to identify unusual figures and implement actions guided by the Production PU leader.
Good communication and organization skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
