1. Service Delivery (40%)
- Creatively crystallize scope of HR services and business models for strong value proposition to clients including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and HR consulting project, employee outsourcing services, expatriate management services, human capital management advisory, payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, social security insurance plan, etc.
- Proactively market and sell the services and see through the implementation and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices fully complied with local labour ordinance and other related rules and regulations.
- Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients where it is necessary.
- Continuously build stronger relationships with clients.
- Generate or exceed the targeted revenue and operating profitability of the HR services business.
- Measure and monitor regularly the implementation of strategy and make all the necessary adjustments to better achieve business objectives.
2. HR & Admin (60%)
- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units (internal & external) to understand business needs.
- Analyses business needs and develops HR solutions, programs, and policies accordingly.
- Accountable for Talent Acquisitions to meet business needs with end-to-end recruitment, including creating job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, scheduling, screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation and contracting.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Performs other related admin duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner/ HR Supervisor.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to meet deadlines.
- Strong drive to create a positive work culture/environment and ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Track record of strong stakeholder management/partnerships with middle and senior management within dynamic, fast-paced organisations. Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and Chinese
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (especially tech talents) is a strong plus.
- Experience in using HRIS, or related HR systems is a plus.
- Experience in Talent Management, such as developing talent programs (selection, engagement and development) is a plus.
