Mô tả công việc

Lead and execute a comprehensive recruitment and staffing strategy to meet fast-growing business needs.

Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process—from workforce planning and channel management to selection and onboarding.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution (Core Focus):

  • Translate business growth targets into annual, quarterly, and monthly recruitment plans, defining needs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build and optimize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, head-hunters, campus drives, employee referrals) to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and contract issuance.
  • Establish and maintain a talent pool to guarantee succession coverage for critical roles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, channel effectiveness) and continuously refine processes and strategies.

Staffing & Position Management:

  • Partner closely with department heads to clarify job scope and competencies, ensuring roles are accurately defined and optimally staffed.
  • Regularly review headcount utilization, propose staffing adjustments, and maximize human-capital efficiency.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, labor-contract signing, and orientation training to secure smooth integration.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:

  • Design and run employer-branding campaigns to enhance the company's image in the local and industry talent markets.
  • Organize and attend campus events and job fairs to reach target candidate segments.
  • Build long-term relationships with universities, vocational institutes, and professional associations to expand talent pipelines.

Recruitment Team Management & Capability Building:

  • Lead and develop the recruitment team by setting clear roles, KPIs, and providing regular coaching and training.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Labor Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, HR compliance practices, and HR system workflows.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in building performance management and compensation systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with regional teams and support expatriate integration.
  • Logical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High integrity and sense of responsibility.
  • Team player with a humble and open attitude.
  • Calm, patient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good at communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
