Strategic Planning & Revenue Development

  • Build growth strategies for all service groups and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage profit margins across individual projects and the entire client portfolio.
  • Deepen client relationships by increasing the frequency of cooperation and expanding the services utilized.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling among the company's various service sectors.
  • Propose new products, services, or revenue models aligned with emerging market trends.

Market Research & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Analyze the market, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to evaluate and improve existing service quality for better efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify target customer segments and formulate appropriate go-to-market strategies.

Product & Service Development

  • Guide the development of new services from research and ideation to testing and deployment.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and professional departments to build plans for launching services to the market.
  • Determine the strategic brand positioning and core values of each service group.
  • Propose the application of new technologies or platforms to enhance market competitiveness.

Sales Operations Standardization

  • Design and standardize sales funnels, customer care processes, and conversion workflows.
  • Establish specific criteria for evaluating and classifying leads and prospective clients.
  • Build revenue forecasting processes, manage the sales pipeline, and apply CRM and automation tools to boost sales team productivity.

Team Management & Development

  • Manage and develop teams including Account Managers, BD Partners, Planners, and Marketing staff.
  • Set objectives, evaluate performance, and provide skills coaching for team members.
  • Establish coordination workflows between cross-functional departments such as Venue Operations, Project Management, Creative, and Back-office (Finance, HR, Legal).
  • Cultivate a team culture oriented towards proactivity, results, transparency, and professionalism.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team management role.
  • Direct experience being accountable for revenue targets or P&L (Profit & Loss).
  • Candidates with experience working in an agency, e-commerce, or growing service company environment are highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong functional competencies in Growth Strategy, Market Development, Product/Service Portfolio Management, and Commercial Finance Basics.
  • Expertise in Sales Process & Pipeline Management, including CRM, lead scoring, and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional soft skills including communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Professional writing skills for proposals, quotes, and comprehensive solutions.
