Mô tả công việc

Client Relationship Management

Maintain and support existing client accounts in the payment sector.
Act as the main contact point for clients in the South region.

Business Development

Identify potential opportunities and propose solutions to clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work with internal teams (Technical, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support senior sales staff in client meetings, negotiations, and followups.

Reporting & Market Insight

Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Collect and share market information to support sales strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
Fluent English (mandatory) – spoken and written, able to work with overseas partners.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in payment/fintech/banking is an advantage).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, resultoriented, and a good team player.
