Job Description
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and support existing client accounts in the payment sector.
- Act as the main contact point for clients in the South region.
Business Development
- Identify potential opportunities and propose solutions to clients.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with internal teams (Technical, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support senior sales staff in client meetings, negotiations, and followups.
Reporting & Market Insight
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Collect and share market information to support sales strategies.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Fluent English (mandatory) – spoken and written, able to work with overseas partners.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in payment/fintech/banking is an advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resultoriented, and a good team player.
