- Proceeds Quotations for Clients (submitted to BUM/ BM for approval before sending to client).
- Does Weekly Summary Report (submitted to BUM/ BM on the Friday of the week being reported).
- Makes Client, ingredient, supplier Evaluation Report to determine business potential vs. existing business as well as evaluate with BUM/BM the priority of each customer over time).
- Prepares Annual Sales Forecast (when required by BUM/ BM).
- Claims must be reported within the day directly to BUM/ BM/RO.
- Cc of all reports is requested to be sent to BUM/ BM.
- Asks for BUM/ BM’s approval on your holidays’ request.
- Makes client-visit itinerary for the next week and completes Weekly Summary Report as requested.
- Proposes and discusses with BUM/ BM about the trade fairs that shall be visited as well as ingredients and suppliers that must be found and developed according to market survey
Specific responsibilities
- Handles all Food Ingredients/ Flavours businesses: Starches, antioxidants, phosphates, cheese powders, flavours, fruit powder, protein, lactose, dairy powders, colours.
- Functional Areas: Dairy, meat processing, instant noodles, confectionary, beverages.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate of BS in chemical engineering, Food technology, or similar course.
- At least 4 years in the industry, 1 year in sales.
- High proficiency in both written and oral English.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, team worker, solutions-driven.
- Meticulous, energetic, systematic, self-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Facility to report regularly to superiors without prodding.
- Computer literate in Windows environment.
- Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.
