Customer Development and Project Pipeline Building
- Proactively approach end-users, system integrators, and OEMs to explore robotic automation needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through networking, marketing activities, and direct outreach.
- Identify customer needs by consulting on specific automation problems and proposing suitable robotic applications.
- Analyze the market and identify key industries such as F&B, packaging, logistics, metal welding, and SMT for targeted outreach.
- Stay updated on new robotic and automation technologies and incorporate them into the sales strategy.
- Evaluate and qualify business opportunities to ensure alignment between customer needs and the Company’s capabilities.
Solution Consultation and Proposal Development
- Act as the key coordinator with Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering teams to develop comprehensive robotics solutions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales to build demos, proofs of concept, technical and commercial documents.
- Work closely with engineering and product management to create proposals aligned with technical requirements and customer needs.
- Present investment value, payback periods, and comparisons between robotic solutions and traditional methods.
Contract Negotiation and Closing
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales and implementation contracts with customers.
- Follow implementation progress with related teams such as engineering, supply chain, and after-sales service.
- Resolve issues arising during deployment.
Opportunity Management and Reporting
- Track opportunities in CRM by stages and apply proper engagement strategies.
- Prepare periodic pipeline reports, analyze causes, and propose more effective approaches for customer and project engagement.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Electrical–Electronics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 3–5 years of experience in technical solution sales in the robotics industry in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of the market, applications, and ability to recommend suitable robot configurations.
- Foundational knowledge of control systems, industrial robots, and mechanical–electrical–control integration is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of robotic applications such as warehousing robots, pick-and-place, packaging, welding, automotive, electronics, etc. is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong teamwork, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in office software and capable of communicating effectively in English.
