Finance & Accounting Operations
- Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting operations.
- Take over the Chief Accountant role when required while functioning as Finance Manager.
- Lead and directly execute key financial activities, including cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Financial Advisory & Business Planning
- Act as a financial advisor to the CEO.
- Support budget control, financial cost management, financial leverage, and funding strategies.
- Provide finance planning, analysis, and strategy support for business decisions.
Banking Relations & Team Performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Assess, optimize, and improve the performance of the current team.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in both Chief Accountant scope, including operations, compliance, and tax, and Finance functions, including planning, analysis, and strategy.
- Background in Trading/Retail companies, with experience in companies of similar revenue scale, VND 300–500 billion/year.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on capability and ability to fully handle accounting responsibilities.
- Solid experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong capability in cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Strong banking network and experience working with banks.
- Able to support financial leverage, funding strategies, cost management, and budget control.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English.

- Mature, stable, and business-minded.
- Detail-oriented and careful.
- Hands-on and proactive.
- Stable career history with no frequent job hopping
