- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners.
- Manage relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business objectives.
- Develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner and market insights.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise with channel partners.
- Develop and maintain a channel partner portal or platform.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates to Country Manager on channel development activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
