- Business Growth & Account Management: Drive growth within existing Chinese/Taiwanese accounts and proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Identify new sales leads, contact prospects, create and execute sales strategies, including market analysis, customer mapping, and targeted action plans.
- Solution Selling & Consulting: Sell customized packaging solutions and services, acting as a consultant to understand and address complex customer requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams (engineering, sourcing, customer service, manufacturing) and other Nefab companies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports on performance and progress.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B full-cycle sales, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Proven experience in both new customer acquisition (hunting) and key account management (farming).
- Prior experience in the packaging industry, other manufacturing industries, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Strong passion for sales with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently to achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to work cross-functionally.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex information clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of international trade, logistics, and geographical considerations.
- Basic understanding of key customer segment fields (Automotive, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Batteries, or Telecom & Datacom) is a plus.
- Ability to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
