Mô tả công việc
- Manage and monitor Cash in Advance (CIA) customer accounts, ensuring payments are received prior to order release
- Communicate with customers regarding payment terms, outstanding balances, and remittance instructions
- Collaborate with Sales and Materials teams to ensure smooth order processing in compliance with company payment policies
- Accurately apply payments in the ERP system to maintain up-to-date customer accounts
- Monitor bank accounts and payment portals for incoming wires or ACH transactions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, order holds, or customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare and distribute payment reminders or customer account statements as needed
- Support weekly AR aging reviews, audits, and reporting activities for CIA accounts
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and credit terms
- Assist with month-end and year-end AR closing activities
- Perform other assigned tasks as required by the supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
- Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM – 4:45 AM)
- Minimum 2 years of college or specialized training (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to learn processes quickly, analyze information, and train others in routine tasks
- Must pass Wonderlic Test (minimum 20/50) and complete a Profile Test
