Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and respond to Accounts Payable (A/P) email inquiries from both internal teams and external vendors
- Verify, process, and submit invoices in the AP system accurately and on time
- Resolve discrepancies involving invoices, purchase orders, vendors, and US plants
- Extract and upload invoices for payment to CMS (covering US plants and Mexico)
- Reconcile monthly statements and perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Conduct 3-way matching for tool room invoices (invoices, receivers, POs)
- Enter intercompany invoices and encode invoices with G/L account numbers
- Create weekly A/P batches and process check runs for US plants and Hong Kong twice per week
- Extract Travel & Expense (T&E) technology batches weekly
- Maintain accurate files and customer data records
- Assist colleagues in understanding and using AP technology processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as assigned by the supervisor
- Perform other related duties as required
Yêu cầu công việc
- Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM – 4:45 AM)
- Minimum 2 years of college or specialized training (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn processes quickly and support others in routine tasks
- Must pass Wonderlic Test (minimum 20/50) and complete a Profile Test
