  • Manage direct customers requiring regular contact by phone.
  • Generate leads for Telesales & Field sales.
  • Maintain a consistent professional image through well-maintained retail express centers and targeted partner programs for retail.
  • Acquire new customers.
  • Execute any regional direct sales strategy or policy within the country.
  • Undertake any necessary projects/duties.
  • Support all channels in acquiring new business through the management of lead generation and qualification.
  • Undertake any projects/duties as assigned by the Country Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor-client relationships with creative houses, external lead generation organizations, and database developers.
  • Supervise the implementation of outsourced projects undertaken for the channel (e.g., outsourced telemarketing campaigns or direct mail).
  • Ensure cooperation with other managers of national sales.
  • Work closely with the Country Marketing team to develop effective marketing designs and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute campaign plans that meet the shipping needs of multi-channel customers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department on segment profitability management and ensure adequate sales support is provided to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with functional departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Service, Customer Interface (WEB), and finance) to ensure the delivery of sales commitments.
  • As required from the Head of Commercial and Regional guidance.
  • Drive the regional retail channel strategy within the country.
  • Manage multi-channel customers (Account and Cash customers) through the Telemarketing team to ensure effective development and identification of customers with potential for movement to Telesales and Field sales.
  • Build valued long-term partnerships with the retail channel.
  • Develop and deploy business tactics that focus on new business acquisition and development of current direct sales channel customers.
  • Manage country lead qualification and lead generation through Telemarketing.
  • Drive sales channel improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures, including sales automation.
  • Plan and implement appropriate sales initiatives to ensure the achievement of sales targets (revenue and shipments) and yields from the Telesales team.
  • Ensure the Telesales Executive is able to utilize sales tools to increase the effectiveness and efficacy of daily activity.
  • Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department.
  • Plan, organize, and direct an efficient and effective functional department.
  • Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, including coaching of sales personnel through the Sales Force Assessment and Effectiveness Program.
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional, and Country objectives and targets.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 10 years of experience in Consumer/retail and marketing planning.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a mid-size organization of a related industry.
  • Experience in building and developing a sales team.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Numerical, Analytical, Presentation, and Problem-solving skills.
  • Growth and Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and latest tools as required).
  • Software skills (Sales Forecasting).
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
