Mô tả công việc

Support the Sales Strategy Manager in setting up strategies for TT and MT channels.

Support Sales Activities:

Assist the Japanese manager with sales strategies.
Gather information, analyze data, and interact with related sections.
Plan sales strategies and support general sales operations for TT and MT channels.
Work with systems, manage and update data (agent, customer, product, route, salesman, etc.).
Support Branch SA, DS, and agents in terms of system operation.
Report to the Japanese manager.

Others:

Perform other sales activities as assigned by the JP MNG/BOD.
Follow processes and forms as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University degree.

Major: Knowledge of Sales and the FMCG industry.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the same or an equivalent position at an FMCG company (TT channel).
Working in a Japanese company or studying/working in Japan is a plus.

Skills & Attitude:

Strong communication, numerical mindset, and logical thinking skills.
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent English (Upper Intermediate, Business level).
Serious, target-oriented working attitude.
