Support the Sales Strategy Manager in setting up strategies for TT and MT channels.
Support Sales Activities:
- Assist the Japanese manager with sales strategies.
- Gather information, analyze data, and interact with related sections.
- Plan sales strategies and support general sales operations for TT and MT channels.
- Work with systems, manage and update data (agent, customer, product, route, salesman, etc.).
- Support Branch SA, DS, and agents in terms of system operation.
- Report to the Japanese manager.
Others:
- Perform other sales activities as assigned by the JP MNG/BOD.
- Follow processes and forms as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University degree.
Major: Knowledge of Sales and the FMCG industry.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or an equivalent position at an FMCG company (TT channel).
- Working in a Japanese company or studying/working in Japan is a plus.
Skills & Attitude:
- Strong communication, numerical mindset, and logical thinking skills.
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English (Upper Intermediate, Business level).
- Serious, target-oriented working attitude.
