Main responsibility:
- To generate targeted sales volume and value.
- To meet customer satisfaction by controlling customer orders and handling requests and complaints.
- To control and coordinate the development of new projects and act as a communication bridge between the customer and the internal team.
- To find new customers and increase the customer and product base.
- To establish good relationships and gain customer trust and loyalty.
- To update sales data and monitor customer payment.
Specification of the Job:
- Discussed new design development and followed new project development.
- Offered free item products.
- Performed market surveys to analyze and determine free item products.
- Visit existing customers, seek potential customers, and monitor continuous customer credibility.
- Follow up on existing projects and new projects.
- Look for information about competitors.
- Perform effective communication with customers by trying to meet customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Update selling prices and handle price negotiations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Formal education: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma +.
Experiences: Min 3-5 years.
Skill:
- Good sales and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Coordination skills to handle customers and projects.
- Good communication skills in English.
