Job Description

Store Operations & Sales Performance

• Manage daily operations of all assigned stores and drive staff to achieve measurable sales targets.
• Lead and provide constant support to store managers in daily retail operations.
• Prepare store visit plans, ensure regular store visits, and provide store visit status updates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior and Management.

People Management & Customer Service

• Recruit, manage, train, develop, and coach store staff.
• Ensure staff are well-versed in products.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided across assigned stores.
• Maintain strong leadership and managerial execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Visual Merchandising, Inventory & Cross-functional Coordination

• Ensure product visual merchandising and store presentation follow brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and provide regular feedback to local support teams and Head Office teams, including Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR.
• Study customer trends and behaviors across managed stores and propose workable sales-driving programs.
• Ensure optimal inventory in each store and guide store teams on inventory achievement.
• Liaise with local shopping mall partners regarding ongoing and upcoming promotional programs.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by Head Office.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail operations, including at least 3 years of store management experience.

• Strong store management, staff management, training, coaching, and development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and managerial skills.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory, and promotional coordination.
• Strong reporting, store visit planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to recognize and respond to changing work demands.

Language / Other Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Male or female candidates, 30–40 years old.
