Job Description
Export Documentation Management
- Issue and manage Sales Contracts, Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related trade documents.
- Handle full-set export documentation for seafood shipments.
- Prepare and manage Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and quality inspection papers.
Regulatory Coordination & Export Clearance
- Work closely with government departments and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with NAFIQPM, Customs, Ministry of Agriculture, and related authorities when required.
- Secure necessary export clearances and permits for shipments.
Internal Documentation Support
- Support the Sales team and Accounting team on documentation verification.
- Match invoices and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Ensure export documents are accurate and aligned with shipment requirements.

Education & Experience
- Education: Not specified.
- Proven experience in export documentation, specifically within the Seafood / Frozen Food industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and trade documents.
- Strong background in working directly with government agencies for export procedures and certifications.
- Ability to handle documentation verification, invoice matching, and record-keeping.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work under tight shipping deadlines.
Language / Other Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for commercial communication.
