Job Description
System Operation
- Operate the clean water treatment system according to regulations to supply sufficient water for production and living throughout the company.
- Operate the wastewater treatment system according to regulations to ensure continuous operation and meet production and domestic wastewater treatment needs.
- Adjust operating parameters to suit actual conditions.
- Handle tasks and situations during the operating shift.
Quality Control and Monitoring
- Check the quality of wastewater and clean water during the assigned shift to ensure treated water meets statutory standards and regulations.
- Check and control the operation of machinery and equipment belonging to the water treatment department to ensure operational safety.
- Report information to the Water Treatment Team Leader/Head of Department and the Mechanical-Electrical Board when equipment incidents occur for timely troubleshooting.
Safety and Waste Management
- Perform hygiene, occupational safety, and fire prevention tasks during the assigned shift.
- Mobilize and assign tasks to sludge pressing and chemical mixing staff during the assigned shift.
- Receive and transfer sludge/hazardous waste when generated in the Factory.
Reporting and Other Duties
- Update status and report operational work to the Water Treatment Team Leader/Head of Department.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Water Treatment Team Leader/Head of Department.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College degree in Environmental majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- 01 year of experience in Water Treatment operation.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read and understand specialized documents regarding water treatment.
- Proficient in Office Computing.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsibility, Cooperation, Dedication.
