Job Description
Warehouse Activity Coordination
- Inspect and supervise import and export processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Guide and support warehouse staff in arranging goods according to FIFO/LIFO regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure goods availability on schedule.
Inventory and Data Management
- Conduct periodic inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and propose handling solutions.
- Report inventory status and goods condition to the Planning Deputy Manager.
- Control slow-moving stock and propose appropriate disposition plans.
Transport and Delivery Coordination
- Plan and arrange transportation vehicles according to requirements.
- Coordinate with the transport department to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Supervise goods loading and unloading to ensure safety and prevent loss.
Training and Process Improvement
- Develop internal training materials and conduct skill enhancement sessions for warehouse staff.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, 5S, and Lean standards within warehouse operations.
- Propose solutions to optimize warehouse space and reduce processing time.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory methods.
- Mastery of scientific warehousing principles (FIFO, LIFO).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in warehouse management software (ERP, WMS) and Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle situations quickly and flexibly.
Personality & Attitude
- Honest, responsible, and careful in work.
- Proactive, flexible, and cooperative spirit.
