Job summary
Be responsible for implementing and following up Trade Programs, trade activities & it’s effectiveness for improving category sales performance with required by Principle.
Role & Responsibility
- Planning, following, control and execution of budget, A&P, trade programs, purchasing orders and related operation.
- Working with Sales team for sales forecast, following cost, stock, & making relevant reports.
- Propose promotion program including POSMs to make sure increase sales and cost effective.
- Develop, implement brand management plan and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Principle, Sales team, Logistic team to follow and keep track the stock, forecast, planning.
- Research competitor tracking, customer behavior, market condition and competition situation from the collected data.
- Handling papers related to support process between Company and Principle
- Tasks are assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA/BS, prefer Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics major
- Working Experience: At least 03 years of experiences Trade/ MKT in FMCG, food preferred;
Competency:
- English Fluency, Strategy Planning skills, Problem Solving.
- Data consolidate & report
- Can work independently and under pressure.
- Communication skills.
