Business Planning & Market Development

• Build business plans by area, sales channel, and customer group to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Develop networks of distributors, dealers, showrooms, project customers, contractors, and related industry partners.
• Propose product structure, pricing, channel policies, sales programs, and market expansion plans.

Sales Team Management & Key Account Development

• Recruit, assign, train, and manage the sales team.
• Monitor sales targets, opportunity progress, and customer care quality.
• Directly build relationships with key customers, negotiate policies, and drive large order closing.

Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with related departments on demand forecasts, orders, delivery, customer debt, and after-sales service.
• Report business results and competitive market updates periodically.

Education & Experience

• Degree is not strongly required if the candidate can demonstrate management capability, customer network, and business results.
• Practical experience in sanitary ware sales is required; experience managing sales teams, targets, territories, or customer systems is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of sanitary ware products and distribution, retail, or project sales channels.
• Existing customer or partner network in the sanitary ware industry, with ability to convert relationships into actual sales opportunities.
• Strong planning, negotiation, team leadership, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience building or expanding dealer, distributor, or project customer systems for sanitary ware brands is preferred.
• Clear sales performance record and market understanding in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, or major urban areas is preferred.
• Experience developing a new product line or brand and building a team from the early stage is preferred.

Language / Other Requirements

• Foreign language is not required.
• Chinese or English is an advantage.
• Target age range: 28–50 years old.
• Willing to travel when needed.
