Import/Export & Customs Operations
- Manage and supervise daily import/export and customs operations.
- Review import/export documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Resolve customs clearance issues and minimize operational risks.
External & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers.
- Coordinate with HQ and internal departments regarding import/export activities.
Team Leadership & Operational Efficiency
- Lead, coach, and support 5 team members.
- Improve import/export team efficiency and support smooth daily operations.
- Report directly to the Korean manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs, or Logistics operations, including at least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with electronic devices, automotive components, or harness industry is preferred.
- Strong document review, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and operational risk control capability.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English communication skills for email, reports, and meetings.
- Korean language ability is a plus but not mandatory.
- Age: born from 1985 to 1990s.
- Living near the company is an advantage.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused.
- Able to lead and support team members effectively.
- Proactive in resolving customs and logistics issues.
- Able to work with Korean managers, interpreters, and cross-functional teams.
