- Identify and source new suppliers of metal, plastic, silicone, and other related components.
- Conduct initial evaluations of potential suppliers from a general business perspective.
- Collaborate with the quality department to audit suppliers' quality systems and assess their capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve target costs.
- Implement cost reduction strategies by working with existing suppliers or sourcing new, more cost-effective alternatives.
- Monitor and manage suppliers' shipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Work closely with the quality department to control the quality of incoming materials and address any quality-related issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Fluent or basic proficiency in Chinese.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably with experience in sourcing metal and/or plastic components.
- Passionate, proactive, and dedicated to delivering results.
