Job Description

Identify and source new suppliers of metal, plastic, silicone, and other related components.
Conduct initial evaluations of potential suppliers from a general business perspective.
Collaborate with the quality department to audit suppliers' quality systems and assess their capabilities.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve target costs.
Implement cost reduction strategies by working with existing suppliers or sourcing new, more cost-effective alternatives.
Monitor and manage suppliers' shipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Work closely with the quality department to control the quality of incoming materials and address any quality-related issues.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Fluent or basic proficiency in Chinese.
5+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably with experience in sourcing metal and/or plastic components.
Passionate, proactive, and dedicated to delivering results.
