Mô tả công việc

Collaborate with software engineers to design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems for decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructure.
Set up and maintain monitoring systems to track the health, performance, and security of decentralized systems.
Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.
Optimize system performance through continuous analysis, tuning, and improvement of infrastructure components.
Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for securing Web3 infrastructure and decentralized applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experienced with at least one infrastructure language to build up foundational infra services (for example: terraform)
Experienced with at least one application template language to build up application template (for example: helm, kustomize)
Experienced with CICD tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response procedures.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Golang, Node, Java or C/C++ and enjoy writing tools.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native tools and ecosystem.
Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain concepts, and protocols.
Knowledge of security best practices and protocols in a decentralized environment. Experience implementing and maintaining security measures for blockchain networks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline
