- Actively take initiatives to set up a new weaving mill facility.
- Responsible for overseeing the weaving mill setup, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise the weaving mill project plan, including progress, timeline, and safety at the construction site.
- Maintain equipment, oversee including supervising employees, monitoring production performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
- Be fully responsible for developing and achieving the operation's strategic plan, including volume, quality & efficiency targets, shipment plan, customer and employee satisfaction, and other collaborative initiatives with the quality control, and work closely with other departments to ensure project targets are met.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Form and develop the team for the new weaving mill factory.
- Develop production processes such as weaving, dyeing (if any), and fabric inspection, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop standard fabric inspection and testing Head office/factories.
- Enhance operational efficiency through continuous process improvements.
- Attract, retain, and motivate the team through effective leadership and communication.
- Develop talent, build a people-caring culture, and plan for succession.
- Ensure effective factory management and maintain discipline within the factory.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University graduate, preferably in engineering.
Working Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing with a strong background in weaving mill/fabric mill manufacturing; well-versed in quality control procedures.
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in the Weaving/Fabric industry is a must.
- Proven background working in multinational manufacturers.
- Experience in setting up factories in Vietnam.
- Preference will be given in the title and experience requirements)
