Job Description
- Collaborate with software engineers to design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems for decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain monitoring systems to track the health, performance, and security of decentralized systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.
- Optimize system performance through continuous analysis, tuning, and improvement of infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for securing Web3 infrastructure and decentralized applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational needs.
Job Requirement
- Experienced with at least one infrastructure language to build up foundational infra services (for example: terraform)
- Experienced with at least one application template language to build up application template (for example: helm, kustomize)
- Experienced with CICD tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response procedures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Golang, Node, Java or C/C++ and enjoy writing tools.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native tools and ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain concepts, and protocols.
- Knowledge of security best practices and protocols in a decentralized environment. Experience implementing and maintaining security measures for blockchain networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline
