Mô tả công việc
- Assist in the administrative and coordination functions for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews, ensuring they are conducted smoothly. This includes setting up virtual rooms and any related support activities for the interview and recruitment process.
- Manage and maintain databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity.
- Establish, manage, and utilize various tools and resources to source qualified candidates for identified job roles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop a clear candidate profile.
- Develop and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience; blended corporate and agency experiences preferred.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consult and comprehend recruitment needs from recruiters and hiring managers and conduct effective talent search practices.
- Prior recruitment experience in direct sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting with a proven track record of success will be advantageous.
