Daily Operations:
- Generate invoices based on operational requests.
- Maintain the billing system (invoice setting alignment, client information updates, payment settlement).
- File client agreements with the finance department.
- Coordinate with the Service Delivery team for statutory and client payments.
- Send statements of account upon request.
- Prepare AR Aging reports and follow up on collections based on operational feedback.
- File AR and AP documents according to local regulations.
Account Closing (AP, AR, GL):
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Update balance sheet schedules (CAPEX, Intangible Assets, Prepaid Expense Amortization, Cost/Expense Accrual).
- Confirm intercompany transactions.
- Reconcile AR aging against the invoice system (ERP).
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare management reports.
Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in multiple accounting roles is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
