Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet the company's growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the web3 and blockchain space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects.
Collaborate with the CEO and other senior management to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business cases to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and campaigns.
Source for highly talented founders to build the next unicorn
Establish and maintain relationships with potential projects and ensure their successful integration into our ecosystem.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in hosting and managing events
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
