Mô tả công việc
- Provide effective and full support to the FSQ Senior Manager and Sales Manager in all technical service activities and strategies.
- Perform daily examinations during the work process to ensure desired product quality.
- Manage staff, including staff planning, training, development, discipline, and appraisals.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Prepare, supervise, and evaluate daily baking and testing reports.
- Provide technical support to customers and guide the marketing team on technical skills.
- Manage equipment, materials, and additives within the bakery section.
- Support the sales team by training customers and providing updates on flour applications and quality.
- Research and develop new products, additives, and cost-effective formulas.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; previous experience with foreign investment enterprises is preferred.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Good computer literacy and strong oral/written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food technology, flour applications (bread, noodle, cake, etc.), and bakery processes.
- Understanding of Flour Milling technologies (QA-QC Process, Milling Process).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
