- Generate and qualify leads in the B2B cross-border payments market through various channels (prospecting, webinars, trade shows, etc.).
- Acquire new customers and effectively promote core products and new product launches.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand the customer base and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, legal, sales ops) to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Foster strong client relationships and build a network to support their growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative field (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (a MUST).
- 5+ years of professional B2B corporate sales experience within Finance, Fintech, Import/Export, or International Logistics.
- Ability to work independently, displaying a "hunter" mentality, while also contributing effectively as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both external clients and internal stakeholders. Must be highly customer-focused.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive results through influence and negotiation.
- Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of innovative problem-solving.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
