Cashew Production Process Supervision

• Supervise and control the complete cashew production process from RCN receiving and preparation to finished-goods handling.
• Oversee raw material grading, steaming/conditioning, shelling/cutting, drying/Borma, humidification/conditioning, peeling, color sorting, manual sorting, kernel grading, quality inspection, packing, and finished goods handling.
• Monitor production execution to ensure each stage is properly controlled and aligned with production requirements.
• Work mainly in production supervision, monitoring, control, and coordination rather than a traditional factory line management role.

Production Control & Material Flow

• Monitor input and output at each production stage.
• Maintain accurate production records for each process.
• Control daily processing volume against production targets.
• Monitor machine productivity and worker productivity.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth material flow between different processing sections.

Recovery, Yield & Loss Management

• Monitor RCN input quantity, KOR/raw material quality, shelling recovery, whole kernel recovery, broken kernel percentage, peeling recovery, process losses, moisture loss, grade-wise output, finished-product recovery, waste, and by-products.
• Reconcile input and output at every production stage.
• Investigate abnormal production losses immediately.
• Develop corrective actions to improve yield and reduce losses.
• Monitor actual recovery against expected recovery based on raw material quality.

Finished Product, Quality & Process Improvement

• Maintain detailed records of finished kernels by grade, including whole and broken grades.
• Monitor grade distribution from each production batch.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure finished products comply with customer specifications.
• Ensure proper segregation and traceability of different batches and grades.
• Monitor packing accuracy, net weight, and product identification.
• Work with QC and technical teams to reduce broken kernels, peelers, scorched kernels, oil-stained kernels, knife marks, foreign matter, color defects, and other processing defects.

Team & Cross-functional Coordination

• Supervise production workers and line leaders where applicable.
• Assign manpower based on production requirements.
• Ensure workers comply with SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety requirements.
• Train production teams on proper operating procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, QC, Warehouse, and Factory Management.
• Work with the outsourced processing factory to ensure the production process is properly followed and issues related to production, quality, yield, or losses are handled.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the cashew processing industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of the complete cashew production process from RCN to finished kernels, with experience supervising shelling/cutting, peeling, color sorting, grading, and packing.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of production recovery and yield management.
• Must understand input-output calculations at every production stage.
• Able to analyze yield, recovery, breakage, grade distribution, production losses, and material balance.
• Good understanding of cashew quality standards and kernel grades.
• Strong factory-floor management, reporting, and numerical analysis skills.
• Able to use Excel or equivalent tools for production reporting.

Language / Other Requirements

• Good command of English is required.
• Willing and able to work full-time in Bu Dop, Binh Phuoc.
• The factory has a capacity of approximately 50–70 tons and around 100 people.
• The role focuses on monitoring raw materials and finished products to avoid material, machine, and processing losses.

Personality & Attitude

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and strongly focused on production efficiency and recovery.
• Practical, data-driven, and able to detect abnormalities in production figures.
• Able to coordinate with outsourced factory teams to solve issues related to production, quality, yield, and processing losses.
• Suitable for a hands-on supervision, monitoring, control, and coordination role.
