Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and submit reports to management regularly and handle documentation filing and control. Coordinate work with related departments to achieve common organizational goals.
- Manage egg orders for delivery and develop plans related to warehouse operations (grading, stocking, delivering).
- Participate in recruiting new employees and conduct training on operational processes according to SOPs.
- Research and investigate issues related to operations, renovation, and improvement in different parts of the production process.
- Supervise the feed mill to ensure the supply of optimal quantity and quality feed to pullets and layers.
- Manage the daily operation of the manure house efficiently, addressing environmental issues (odor, wastewater, etc.) and responding to neighborhood complaints.
- Oversee farm safety and health matters, providing a safe and healthy work environment.
- Directly participate in the organization and operation of all stages of the production process.
- Participate in managing and supervising activities related to liquid egg processing.
- Ensure product compliance with standards related to technology, quantity, and schedule.
- Observe and evaluate the capacity of employees under their management authority.
- Recommend rewards and disciplinary actions for employees in the department.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Board of Directors on the control of basic document completion and routine processing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Poultry Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Operations Management).
- Experience in egg production or a related agricultural setting.
- Strong understanding of SOPs and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational and environmental issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
