Mô tả công việc

Handling customer needs and preparing quotations.
Negotiating prices, order details, and confirming orders.
Proposing suitable gift/premium products aligned with client marketing strategies and budgets.
Attending industry events to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborating with the design team to customize gifts/premiums based on client requirements.
Coordinating with Procurement, QC, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Preparing contracts and following up on production-related documents.
Working with the accounting department to ensure smooth payment processing and collections.
Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Prior experience in B2B sales within the Corporate Gift/GWP industry is essential. Experience in Trade Marketing or Key Account Management within an agency is also acceptable.
Familiarity with POSM (point of sale materials) is a plus.
Good English language skills.
2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically dealing with marketers and procurement teams.
