RCN Sales Development
- Develop RCN sales in the Vietnam market.
- Generate new business and maintain key accounts.
- Support the development of customer relationships and local business opportunities.
- Assist the Sales Supervisor in communication with customers in Vietnam when needed.
Customer, Processor & Trader Management
- Build and manage relationships with processors and traders.
- Negotiate prices, quality, quantities, payment terms and shipments.
- Communicate confidently with buyers and local stakeholders through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Travel within Vietnam for customer meetings and business tours.
Market Intelligence & Business Updates
- Monitor RCN market prices, supply, demand and crop developments.
- Provide accurate market intelligence and trading updates to management.
- Follow market movements and update relevant business information for decision-making.
- Report directly to overseas senior management according to the job order.
Field Coordination & Travel
- Travel locally as needed to communicate with customers.
- Conduct business trips to Binh Phuoc approximately once every 1–2 weeks, around 1–3 days per trip, depending on work requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the workday.
- Support coordination in different local business environments during tours.

Education & Experience
- At least 5 years of proven experience in RCN/raw cashew trading or sales.
- Established industry network in the cashew sector is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnam cashew market and supply chain.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
- Confidence in phone communication, face-to-face meetings and local stakeholder engagement.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Willing to travel within Vietnam when required.
- Preferably based in or near Ho Chi Minh City.
- Knowledge of RCN trading, processors, traders, market price, supply/demand and crop development is required.
Personality & Attitude
- Independent, proactive, professional and target-oriented.
- Able to work with high-frequency customer interaction.
- Physically ready for fieldwork, business tours and active client coordination.
- Suitable for a commercial role combining administrative follow-up and field support.
