Job Scope:
- Proactively seek and develop new customer accounts, expanding potential portfolios; act as a true 'sales hunter' by actively approaching prospects, knocking on doors, generating leads, and converting new business opportunities; work with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability in all tasks.
- Assist the Manager in planning and executing Sales and Marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring new customers as well as growing sales revenues and increasing market share from both existing and new customers.
- Generate leads, monitor, and qualify target accounts.
- Visit customers, develop and maintain customer relations, and attend to & report on customers' feedbacks and/or complaints.
- Generate regular and timely forecasts, reports, and account status.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Meet and exceed company sales objectives and targets.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or business-related fields.
Experience - Skill:
- At least 2 years of Industrial Sales and marketing experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Aggressive, good business sense, and marketing mindset.
