New Business Development (75%):
- Proactively identify and target new customers within the paper packaging market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts.
Account Management (25%):
- Manage existing customer relationships for a portfolio of developed accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven sales experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally within the packaging industry.
- Strong hunter mentality: A track record of successfully identifying and securing new business.
- Excellent communication skills: Proficient in English and Vietnamese with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Relationship building skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Market knowledge: Understanding of the paper packaging industry in Vietnam.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
