Sales Analysis and Growth:
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and explore opportunities to increase sales for the "Walk Click Call" program and other initiatives.
- Conduct periodical forecasting and prepare reports aligned with business objectives and company guidelines.
Retail Operations Support:
- Provide support to the sales team and contribute to revenue generation at service points, online channels (website and app), and through customer service interactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to merchandise receiving, stocking, check-out, documentation handling, and other non-sales activities.
Compliance and Reconciliation:
- Reconcile sales data to track performance against financial goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with established safety, security, and company procedures.
Program Execution and Coordination:
- Implement prescribed retail plans and processes for various store operations.
- Coordinate activities related to new store openings, payroll/incentive plans, event planning, and promotional campaigns.
- Communicate and explain company policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and retail operations.
- Proficient in data interpretation and analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Good presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Python is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can-do attitude, resourceful, creative, and empathetic.
