Quality Control System Management:

• Take highest responsibility with the Board of Directors (BOD) for garment quality within the control scope (factories in the Zone).
• Receive product quality requirements from buyers and deploy them to the QA team, factory directors, and management of factories/subcontractors.
• Support QA teams and factories/subcontractors during order implementation, especially for orders with strict quality requirements.
• Arrange QAs properly within the Zone to achieve high efficiency and cost savings.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the garment quality management system at factories/subcontractors to suggest improvements and enhance garment quality and buyer satisfaction.
• Prepare, arrange QA, and welcome audit groups for the Quality Management System (QMS) from buyers or 3rd parties.

Organizing & Implementation:

• Arrange QA to audit and observe quality compliance at each stage, following approved procedures, tech packs, and samples, to ensure garments meet requirements before pre-final and final inspections.
• Ensure the QA team within the management scope performs size set/pilot, random, pre-final, and final inspections, and updates inspection systems rightly as per regulation.
• Review quality reports from QA and inspection systems to work with Factory Directors and find corrective solutions, ensuring 100% final pass.
• Organize the implementation and handling of work in the garment quality management system to achieve high efficiency (right first time) and meet customer and company quality objectives.
• Organize and monitor the QA team to check size sets, pilot, inline, mid-line, pre-final/final inspections before the final audit.

Work Handling:

• Based on quality reports, analyze data and risk assessments related to garment quality to work with the QA team and Factory Director for corrective actions and continuous improvement; update customers on Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
• Solve situations related to quality, especially when buyers/3rd parties conduct final inspections and there is a risk of failing the final inspection.

Advising on Garment Quality Strategy:

• Based on quality standards, complexity, and risks of each division, style, and buyer, the QA Zone Manager is responsible for advising the QA Director/Vice Director on appropriate strategies for each buyer.

Building Good Relationships with Buyers:

• Build good relationships with buyers through commitment, implementation, and continuous quality improvement to satisfy their requirements.
• Serve buyers cleverly and nicely.
• Support buyers beyond their expectations.
• Provide technical support for garments if buyers need help.

Training:

• Organize training on the quality requirements of new styles for the QA team and factory before production.
• Plan and organize training for the QA team on QA skills and professional knowledge to control garment quality during production and reduce risks for final inspection.
• Train the QA team on skills to serve and build good relationships with buyers.
• Train the QA team on QA department KPIs so each QA understands and implements them.

Organizing Operations to Achieve Assigned KPIs:

• Register yearly/quarterly/monthly KPIs for the QA Zone.
• Allocate KPIs to each QA to implement and measure according to company regulations.
• Evaluate monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI performance of each QA and report to the QA Director/Vice Director.
• Advance corrective actions timely if KPIs are not met.

• More than 5 years of experience as a manager in the Garment industry.
• Experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team management skills.
• Understanding of technical sewing and washing skills.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Education:

• University degree.
• Foreign language: English communication.
• Office computer skills.
• Experience using management software.
