Logistics & Facility Management
- Manage logistics and support for the factory and external warehouses.
- Coordinate company transportation and vehicle management for all employees.
- Maintain the factory environment, manage facility maintenance, and oversee general office upkeep.
Safety & Compliance
- Build and maintain a comprehensive factory safety system, covering fire prevention, production safety, and food safety.
- Coordinate all administrative and operational activities related to factory audits.
- Manage internal security and access control systems effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental and fire protection regulations.
Resource Management
- Manage fixed assets and oversee all administrative procurement activities.
- Handle visitor reception and front-desk management to ensure a professional company image.
Team Leadership
- Build and develop a strong, local administrative team, focusing on team building and succession planning.
- Handle emergency situations and proactively manage risks to ensure stable company operations.

Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Chinese-invested companies.
- Strong knowledge of environmental protection and fire safety regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Proficient in all standard office software and administrative systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Outgoing, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Aged 35 or under (no gender preference).
