Business Development & Client Management
- Proactively research and identify new potential partners while consistently maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate directly with internal departments to manage orders and commercial contracts, ensuring high-level service delivery.
- Drive business growth by implementing strategic initiatives and expanding the company's market footprint.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate supply chain activities and manage logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor after-sales support and collaborate closely with the finance team to manage and control accounts receivable effectively.
System Operations & Data Management
- Operate and maintain the business data management system (ERP) to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility.
- Generate and submit periodic performance reports to the management board.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar sales, business development, or operational position.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the modified plastics, engineering plastics, or chemical materials industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Chinese across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis.
- Prior experience in operating enterprise management systems (ERP) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and systematic problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possess a strong logical thinking mindset with high sensitivity to numerical data.
- Resilient and capable of performing effectively under high-pressure schedules and tight deadlines.
