Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Develop long-term business strategies and detailed market development plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Propose and execute expansion strategies for both domestic and international markets.
- Manage the diverse product portfolio including Prefabricated Houses, Wood-Metal Components, CLT Construction Wood, Glulam, and Furniture Products, adjusting offerings based on evolving market trends.
Sales Operations Management
- Direct and supervise all sales activities to ensure the achievement of aggressive sales targets.
- Build competitive pricing and sales policies tailored to specific market segments.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to optimize business processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Customer & Partner Development
- Search for, expand, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Build a robust network of relationships with product distributors, investors, and various sales channels.
- Negotiate and finalize major contracts with key customers and significant investors.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and manage the staff of the Business Development & Sales Division.
- Set clear KPIs and evaluate the performance of all subordinate staff regularly.
- Foster a high-performance culture by encouraging and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation
- Monitor, analyze, and report business performance periodically to the General Director.
- Propose actionable solutions to improve the efficiency of business operations and overall profitability.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or equivalent majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the business of furniture, wood products, CLT construction components, Glulam, or export prefabricated houses.
- Proven experience managing both domestic and export projects.
- Solid understanding of furniture products, wood components, and metal components.
- Comprehensive knowledge and clear understanding of import-export operations.

- Fluent in English (Writing, Listening, Speaking).
- Advanced planning, organizational, and management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide quick and accurate business solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
