Executive Support & Governance
- Execute directives from the General Manager, conduct necessary inspections, provide supervision, and deliver accurate performance feedback.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, maintain records, and follow up on post-meeting action items to ensure closure.
- Establish and standardize the company’s document management system, including the control of corporate seals, legal licenses, and archives.
Cross-Cultural Coordination & Bridge
- Serve as the vital communication bridge between Chinese management and the local Vietnamese team.
- Coordinate effective collaboration between management and staff to ensure information synchronization and clear, unobstructed communication.
- Lead and facilitate local team-building activities and manage multicultural interactions to foster a harmonious work environment.
Government & External Relations
- Maintain professional relationships with government authorities and handle all necessary external outreach.
- Manage emergency situations and potential operational risks efficiently to safeguard company interests.
Logistics & Personnel Management
- Coordinate all travel arrangements between China and Vietnam, including visa applications, work permits, and other related procedures for expatriate staff.
- Oversee the localization of the team and provide continuous support for administrative and personnel-related issues.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in an equivalent position within a large organization (1,000+ employees).
- Deep understanding of administrative management, corporate governance, and cross-cultural communication protocols.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory; basic English communication is required.
- Proficiency in using all standard office software applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and systematic problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Outgoing, sociable, and professional with the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.
- Proactive, meticulous, and strictly committed to maintaining information confidentiality.
- Must be 35 years of age or younger, regardless of gender.
