Production Activities:

• Oversee raw material storage, production operations, and people management.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and minimize production costs and overheads.
• Manage production capacity and adjust plans to meet changing demands.
• Ensure product quality standards are met.
• Resolve on-site production issues and mitigate unforeseen difficulties.
• Support and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems.

Customer & Supplier Communication:

• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with customer requirements (quality, quantity, delivery).
• Partner with the sales team to manage customer relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.

Facility Management:

• Maintain and improve the factory facilities and ensure adherence to 5S principles.
• Develop organizational capabilities through effective performance management and human resource planning.
• Foster positive working relationships with employees and within the global organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 implementation and maintenance, and customer audit experience.
• Experience in the plastics industry (thermoforming or extrusion) or packaging industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with production planning, thermoforming processes, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 8 Muda) is a plus.
• Experience with Document Control Systems (e.g., Master Control) and ERP systems is also beneficial.
