Project Management & Supervision
- Manage and oversee all construction projects assigned by the Company.
- Supervise on-site activities including progress, quality, construction methods, occupational safety, and environmental sanitation.
- Review and ensure quality documentation, progress reports, and payment records for each project stage.
- Conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions as required.
- Evaluate and propose construction equipment, materials, and transfer plans to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Frequently inspect storage yards and monitor maintenance and servicing activities of machinery and equipment.
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with the Design and Engineering Department to verify technical specifications and propose material usage.
- Participate in internal acceptance and fire prevention & fighting (PCCC) testing of projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and introduce new construction technologies and methodologies as per project requirements.
Departmental Management & Support
- Manage project teams and coordinate departmental activities.
- Directly resolve on-site issues related to materials and equipment supply.
- Assist the Department Head in supervising and managing departmental operations.
- Participate in cost estimation, tender documentation, and related administrative work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head or senior management.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from universities specializing in Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC), Polytechnic, or Technical Education.
- Majors in relevant technical fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or Automation.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) construction industry.
- Previous experience as a Project Director, Site Manager, or Deputy Construction Manager is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of PCCC standards, codes, and regulations.
- Completion of certified PCCC training programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical understanding and ability to implement PCCC standards.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Good command of English (able to read technical documents and handle basic communication).
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
