Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion:

Drive the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to align with business objectives.
Provide marketing insights and recommendations to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all channels.
Own and manage the marketing budget and P&L responsibility, ensuring high marketing ROI and business growth.
Identify new market opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Strategy:

Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and calendars that align with the company's financial targets and overarching business objectives.
Develop data-driven marketing plans that enhance brand equity and consumer loyalty.

Product Innovation & Category Development:

Ensure product innovations align with sustainability goals and premiumization strategies.
Lead category development strategies to unlock incremental growth opportunities, expand into new sub-segments, and enhance total category value.
Develop and execute category development strategies to grow market share, expand into new segments, and unlock incremental revenue streams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work-related skills:

Strong expertise in brand & product management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
Proven track record of successful product launches and market share growth.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in handling large-scale marketing budgets and ensuring high ROI.

Soft skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
