Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion:
- Drive the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to align with business objectives.
- Provide marketing insights and recommendations to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all channels.
- Own and manage the marketing budget and P&L responsibility, ensuring high marketing ROI and business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and calendars that align with the company's financial targets and overarching business objectives.
- Develop data-driven marketing plans that enhance brand equity and consumer loyalty.
Product Innovation & Category Development:
- Ensure product innovations align with sustainability goals and premiumization strategies.
- Lead category development strategies to unlock incremental growth opportunities, expand into new sub-segments, and enhance total category value.
- Develop and execute category development strategies to grow market share, expand into new segments, and unlock incremental revenue streams.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work-related skills:
- Strong expertise in brand & product management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market share growth.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in handling large-scale marketing budgets and ensuring high ROI.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
