Mô tả công việc
- Conduct research and development analysis of new investment/M&A projects.
- Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities, including market research, sector research,
FS running, business plan analysis, investment analysis, deal structuring, etc.
- Prepare investment memo to present to the Investment Committee.
- Follow up process of executing M&A transactions (including deal sourcing, meetings, due
diligence, Term-sheet drafting, valuation, SPA negotiation, etc.)
- Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent (CFA level 1 or level 2 is preferrable)
- Having a minimum of 5 years of experience of M&A work.
- English professional proficiency (must have).
- Common sense, strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook – must have)
- Accuracy of reports and records
- Dare-to-do and Dare-to-go mindset.
